Ingredients (makes 12-14 large shots)
- 3/4 cup cold eggnog
- 1 box vanilla instant pudding
- 1/2 cup cream based liqueur (I used Rum Chata)
- 1/4 cup spiced run
- 1 (8oz tub) Cool Whip, thawed
- sprinkle of nutmeg for each shot
Directions
- Using an electric mixer, combine cold Eggnog with instant pudding mix and slowly add both alcohols until fully mixed with no lumps. (About 2 minutes)
- Fold (do not over mix) Cool Whip in until everything is smooth and mixed together.
- sprinkle each shot with a pinch of nutmeg.
- Refrigerate or freeze until ready to serve. (Freezing will have a soft serve texture, fridge a pudding texture).
*note* I used solo cup shot glasses but you could make these look really fancy and Christmasy!
