Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup Graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup desiccated coconut
- 3/4 glaced cherries
- 2/3 milk chocolate
- 1 cup dark or semi sweet chocolate
- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
Directions
- If you are using actual graham crackers, crush them up into tiny crumbs. If you are using pre crushed crumbs, add them to a large bowl, add the coconut and mix together.
- Finely chop your cherries and milk chocolate and add to cracker/cookie mix and combine.
- Melt the dark chocolate in the microwave according to directions and then combine with sweetened condensed milk.
- Working quickly, add the chocolate mixture to the dry ingredients and store well until combined.
- Cover with plastic wrap and put in fridge for about 30 minutes.
- Carefully roll out your truffles, approximately teaspoon size or a bit larger.
- Roll the truffles in more desiccated coconut.
- Store truffles in fridge for up to 5 days or freeze.
