- 1 cup butter (2 sticks)
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 stack saltine crackers
- 1lb bag white chocolate chips (or any equivalent of white chocolate, or white almond bark etc)
- Easter sprinkles, mini eggs, m&ms or other topping of your choice
Melt Butter and brown sugar, over medium heat.
Bring to a boil and stir while boiling for 5 minutes.
Line a cookie sheet with tinfoil and place crackers evenly on it.
Pour sugar mixture evenly over the crackers.
Bake at 325 degrees for about 8 minutes.
While crackers are baking, melt chocolate chips in microwave using package directions.
Pour white chocolate over crackers and spread evenly.
Top with sprinkles etc and allow to cool completely (I put mine in the fridge) and break into smaller pieces.
I store mine in the fridge because it melts really easily.
